Vastralaya Fashion Refund Policy

At Vastralaya Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund policy carefully:

Return Window:
You may return products within 10 days from the date of delivery (applicable for orders placed outside sale periods).

Condition of Returns:

  • Products must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns if:

    • The product appears used, washed, or soiled.

    • The product is damaged (unless the damage is due to delivery).

Refund Details:

  • Refunds will be processed for the product amount only; delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • The refund amount will be credited to your Vastralaya store wallet or the original payment source within 6-7 days if the product has a manufacturing defect.

Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Wrong Items:
Please report any damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at:

Return Limit:
Each order can be returned a maximum of two (2) consecutive times.


Refund Process for Payment Types

Prepaid Orders:
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after your returned order has been received and passed our quality check. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Note: If you used a Refund Coupon for your prepaid order, the coupon value will be refunded as a coupon, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment mode.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
A coupon code equivalent to the order value will be sent to your registered email/contact within 48 hours after the return has been received and quality checked.
